1. No Refunds for Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Once your order is placed, we begin processing and producing your custom apparel, and as such, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason other than quality issues or fulfillment errors as outlined below.
2. Quality Issues or Fulfillment Errors
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there is a defect in quality (e.g., incorrect printing, material flaws, or defects in the garment) or a fulfillment error (e.g., wrong size, wrong design, or wrong color), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. In these cases, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue by offering one of the following options:
- A replacement of the item at no additional cost.
- A store credit for the amount of the purchase.
- A full refund if the issue cannot be resolved with a replacement or store credit.
3. Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Incorrect size or color if the order was placed according to the provided size and color selections.
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after the order is placed.
- Mistakes in the order details that were not reported prior to production.
- Delays in delivery that are caused by external factors (e.g., shipping carriers).
4. How to Report an Issue
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us immediately with the following details:

- Clear photos of the issue (e.g., defect, incorrect item)
- A description of the problem
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is a result of a fulfillment error on our part.

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in providing high-quality digital PNG files to meet your needs. However, due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Non-Refundable Products:
Once a digital PNG file has been purchased and downloaded, it is considered non-refundable. Due to the instant access to the files and the inability to return digital goods, we cannot process returns or offer refunds.
Important Notes:
- File Type: Please ensure that you review the file type (PNG, size, resolution) and ensure it meets your requirements before making a purchase. Failure to read or recognize the file type or specifications is not grounds for a refund.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter any issues with downloading or accessing your files, please reach out to us within 48 hours of your purchase, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
