If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our trucker hats and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. Please make sure to double-check your order before submitting it. 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include the following in your message:

• Your order number 
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and the packaging  

We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. 
• You must provide proof of the issue (e.g., photos showing the defect or damage).  

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse or size preference
• Incorrect address entered by the customer
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier 
• Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery  

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is a result of a fulfillment error on our part.

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in providing high-quality digital PNG files to meet your needs. However, due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Non-Refundable Products:
Once a digital PNG file has been purchased and downloaded, it is considered non-refundable. Due to the instant access to the files and the inability to return digital goods, we cannot process returns or offer refunds.

Important Notes:

• File Type: Please ensure that you review the file type (PNG, size, resolution) and ensure it meets your requirements before making a purchase. Failure to read or recognize the file type or specifications is not grounds for a refund.
• Technical Issues: If you encounter any issues with downloading or accessing your files, please reach out to us within 48 hours of your purchase, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
